From hundreds of nominated projects, 660 Apartments has been selected as a Building of America Award project and will be a featured Gold Medal Winner.
First in the nation to receive LEED Gold (June 2010)
Fortune-Johnson helps the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia to achieve LEED Gold certification on its headquarters, located in Roswell, GA. Setting the bar high with a Gold certification, the GA headquarters is the first of the 77 ABC chapters across the nation to achieve LEED certification.
Attaining LEED certification was a top priority when retrofitting this space, and we felt it very important to set an example as the leading construction industry association in Georgia, said ABC of Georgia President Bill Anderson, CAE, LEED AP.
Fortune-Johnson has been a member of the ABC of Georgia since 1997.

2009 EarthCraft Multifamily Builder of the Year (Feb 2009)
"It's official! Fortune-Johnson is the "Earthcraft" Multi-Family Builder of the Year. It was announced on February 19th, 2009 at an awards ceremony held by Southface, a group dedicated to promoting sustainable housing that is energy efficient and "green". The award was presented to Rob Brown in front of a multitude of builders and developers considered on the cutting edge of energy efficient housing."
