Awarded the 2010 Building of America Gold Medal, AMLI Parkside was developed by S.E. Capital Partners and designed by Humphrys & Partners. The four and five story split buildings house 301 units in Atlanta’s up and coming Old Fourth Ward community. Amenities include a swimming pool, cafe, and rain garden. The building is Energy Star Certified with ECV stations and EcoSpace Gearless Traction elevators.
