2801 S Tryon is an eight-story urban infill multifamily project with 263 units, consisting of five levels of Type III wood-frame construction over three levels of cast-in-place concrete parking. The podium design required precise coordination, vertical sequencing, and efficient site logistics within a dense, active environment. The project also features over 14,000 SF of ammenity space.
