The Sinclair at Callaway Farm is a 388-unit, Class A garden-style multifamily community located in Covington, Georgia.
The development consists of 11 residential buildings constructed as open breezeway, wood-framed structures with a mix of 3-story and 3/4-story split configurations, organized into two distinct “Town and Country” neighborhoods across multiple parcels.
The project features a robust amenity package with approximately 11,000 SF of interior space, anchored by the clubhouse and complemented by a resort-style pool, two-story fitness center, coworking spaces, the first rooftop lounge in the Covington market, and additional outdoor amenities.
