How Employees Provide Consent
Employees provide prior express written consent during onboarding.
During digital onboarding, employees:
• Enter their mobile phone number
• See an unchecked opt-in checkbox
• Must manually check the box to consent

Fortune-Johnson LLC does not purchase, rent, or use third-party contact lists for SMS messaging. Messages are sent only to current employees who have provided direct consent.
