Spivey Grove is a 318-unit garden-style multifamily community situated on 19 acres in Stockbridge, GA. Designed to preserve the site’s natural character, the development maintains more than seven acres of existing woods and wetlands, complemented by mulch walking trails that enhance the resident experience. The community includes six residential buildings, a 6,500 SF standalone clubhouse, five detached garage buildings, a resort-style pool courtyard with pavilion, dog park, and event lawn. The project also includes significant site infrastructure improvements, beginning with the installation of a new culvert.
