Lumen Briarcliff is a mixed-use, high-density wrap project in Atlanta, GA. The project includes 264 units across three residential buildings, with one of the buildings housing three retail bays. Two of the buildings wrap a 6-story, 440-space parking deck. Each building is Type IIIA construction over podium with Type IA below. The project will feature resort style amenities, including a top floor sky lounge.
