Lumen Briarcliff is a mixed-use development in Atlanta, GA, featuring 264 units across three residential buildings. Two of the buildings wrap a 6-story, 440-space precast parking deck, while one building includes three ground-floor retail spaces.

Each building is Type IIIA construction over podium with Type IA below. The project offers a variety of upscale amenities, including a rooftop sky lounge and a standalone restaurant, creating a vibrant live-work-play environment.
