Lumen Chamblee is a 318-unit project for our repeat client, Atlantic Residential. The project is located in Chamblee, GA and consists of one residential building separated into two buildings by a firewall. There are a seven story parking deck, two courtyards including a fully enclosed pool courtyard, and nearly 20,000 square feet of podium. Amenities include a large fitness center, a dog spa, a podcast room, a large open main office space accessed by a monumental stair and a high-end club room.
