RENDER Covington is a 315-unit project with Crescent Communities on the east side of Metro Atlanta. The garden-style development will feature 298,872 heated residential square feet across seven residential buildings. The complex will also include a standalone clubhouse/amenity building, 10 freestanding garage buildings, mail kiosk and dumpster enclosure.
