Solis Gainesville is a 223-unit project located in Gainesville, GA for our repeat client, Terwilliger Pappas. Solis Gainesville consists of three, four-story residential buildings and two retail buildings that flank an existing pedestrian bridge labeled, “The Bridge to Nowhere” by locals. The bridge is the primary focal point of the site and is integrated into the overall design. Amenities include a stand-alone clubhouse, two story leasing office, pool courtyard and amphitheater.
