The Upton is a 396-unit, mixed-use, high-density wrap project. The project includes five levels of Type IIIA wood-framed construction. This includes 346 units over one level of concrete podium with amenity space and 50 units below the podium.  The building wraps a 6.5-level, 539-space parking deck.  The project also includes a rooftop amenity space at the top level of the parking deck.
