The Collective project represents Fortune-Johnson’s fourth multifamily project in the Richmond Area in partnership with Bristol Development Group. The garden-style development features four apartment buildings and six periphery garage buildings on an 18-acre plot in Goochland County. The community includes 335 units alongside an enormous amenity space, featuring a yoga area, a small library, and a golf simulator. The community also features courtyards with multiple grill stations, fire pits, a beer garden, and a pizza oven. The remaining parcel of land is surface parking, a dog park, and future plans include an adjacent shopping center.
