THE ACE

The Ace is a prominent 295-unit mixed-use development located in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition Historic District. The project consists of five levels of wood-framed residential units over two levels of cast-in-place parking.

The ground level includes structured parking, 13,000 SF of retail, and 3,500 SF of leasing and mail space. The second-level podium features additional parking and a 3,000 SF fitness center.
